Delivery and returns
Delivery
Within Switzerland, we ship our sunglasses via Swiss Post within 2-5 business days. Orders outside of Switzerland are delivered via Swiss Post and its partners in the respective countries. Please note that additional customs fees may apply.
If you don't like or don't fit your order, you can return the sunglasses you ordered to us within 14 days of receipt (from the date of delivery). The goods must be in perfect and undamaged condition, unused, and in their original packaging; otherwise, your right of return will be void.
Discounted sunglasses cannot be returned. This does not apply to orders with discount codes.
The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used.
The costs and risks associated with a return are entirely at your expense.
Please notify us by email if you wish to return a product. So we can verify the return, please enclose a copy of your order confirmation. You can then send the package to the following address:

We reserve the right to return any goods that we believe have been used or are not in their original condition and to invoice you for part or all of the value of the goods.
If you no longer wish to accept an order due to delayed delivery, it is your responsibility to properly cancel the order. If the ordered goods have already been shipped, you are obligated to accept them. The return must then be properly processed as a return within 14 days, as mentioned above.
If an item is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid. We must inform you if the item has been replaced or if equivalent items are available.
